Catholic Schools Day Activities

On Friday we are celebrating Catholic Schools Day by firstly having a $3.00 lunch.  Children are asked to bring along $3.00.  We will be making wraps/bread using the produce from our school garden.  Also on the menu will be veges and dip.  It would be great to have some parent help in the morning with food preparation and cooking.  If you can help please email me at cathie@stpauls-richmond.school.nz  The proceeds from the lunch are being donated to needy schools in Vanuatu.  Mrs Bryant recently visited Vanuatu and saw the need in the schools first hand.

Also on Friday we will undertaking our walkway clean up and stuffing plastic bottles to make plastic bricks.  These bricks will be donated to Victory Garden who are making a pizza oven and bench with them.  Please keep sending in your 'plastic rubbish'.  We need lots and lots of plastic bags/bread bags/bread tags etc etc.

Rubbish picked up by Freya and Logan S at school on Monday.
